Join us for our festive, fun, Willow Christmas Decorations Workshop in the Walled Garden and create your own Christmas decorations to add a touch of rustic, seasonal charm to your home or garden… just in time for Christmas! 

The workshop is on
Sunday, 7 December 10am – 4.00pm

Led by local willow artist Heather McDermott, this full-day workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced crafters alike. You’ll learn many different traditional weaving techniques to craft reindeer, stars, Christmas trees and bells..if you’re up for a challenge!

You’ll also explore our Salley garden, weather permitting, and learn about the sustainable qualities of willow and its use as a renewable material. Please dress appropriately for time spent outdoors.

 This workshop is suitable for adults of all skill levels as no previous experience is needed, just manual dexterity and a love for crafting and nature.
