You are warmly invited to a unique dining experience at The Walled Garden, Helen’s Bay. As the sun sets, the meticulously restored Victorian Glasshouse in the heart of the Walled Garden is set to come alive with the soft glow of flickering candles. Such an enchanting setting will serve as the backdrop for a gastronomic journey brought to you by the Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Noble restaurant, Holywood.

This relaxed and casual dining affair promises to be a symphony for the senses, showcasing the finest in fresh, locally sourced, seasonal flavours, artfully curated by Chef Pearson Morris. The accompanying wines, expertly paired by Manager Saul McConnell, will elevate each mouthful, creating a harmony of tastes and aromas that will linger in your memory.

The Garden, a hidden gem not ordinarily open to the public, will be unveiled in all its autumnal splendour, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to your evening. Your evening will begin with a warm welcome to the Walled Garden from your host, Lorraine, as she invites you to enjoy an arrival drink and savour delectable canapés inside the Glasshouse, setting the stage for the culinary delights to come.

Your dining experience will unfold with a delectable four-course meal, expertly complemented by wines that serve as a testament to Noble’s culinary prowess. You can immerse yourself in Saul’s insightful narratives, as he shares his passion and knowledge of both food and wines, fostering an atmosphere of great joy and sparkling conversation.
