Join us for a magical hands-on Weave Willow Swallows and Swifts Workshop in the Walled Garden with talented local willow artist, Heather McDermott.

In this creative workshop, you will learn the fundamental skills and weaving techniques required to craft a minimum of two willow swallow sculptures, plus the knowledge to make many more! These willow scultpures will bring rustic charm to your garden spaces, whether displayed on a wall, nestled in borders, or grouped as a small flock.🌿✨

The workshop is on Saturday 26 July 2025 10.00 – 16.00

You’ll also explore our Salley garden and learn about the sustainable qualities of willow and its use as a renewable material. Please dress appropriately for time spent outdoors.
