Under the expert guidance of willow artist Heather McDermott, you’ll create your own beautifully handcrafted willow berry basket, perfect for gathering berries, herbs, flowers and the season’s harvest.

Both practical and beautiful, your basket will be a lasting reminder of your creative day spent with us learning a traditional heritage craft.

Finding Us

Access the Craigdarragh Road from the A2 Belfast–Bangor carriageway. Follow the signs for Helen’s Bay.

Continue along Craigdarragh Road for approximately 0.8 miles, where you will see the Walled Garden on your left.

Take the left-hand turn at the 30mph speed limit and drive down the temporary driveway.

Follow the lane straight ahead to reach the car park located directly outside the Walled Garden.
