You will spend the day with experienced local willow artist who will guide you through the practical processes involved. You’ll learn the many different traditional weaving techniques required to craft your Christmas willow stag’s head using homegrown, sustainable, willow grown on site.

Decorate your Christmas willow stag’s head with LED lights tinsel, baubles or use natural elements such as ivy and berries for a more natural look. Restyle your stag’s head for all-year-round use too! Remember a stag’s head is not just for Christmas!!

Local willow artist Heather McDermott, will lead this full-day workshop. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced crafters alike, however some manual dexterity and strength will be required to work with the willow.
